Being a mom of 2, she realises the challenges that modern day parents face when it comes to balancing work, parenting, healthy eating and exercise. She is therefore a strong believer in adapting advise according to each person’s unique life situation. There is absolutely no one-size-fits-all plan. She follows a holistic approach and places big emphasis on addressing issues such as mental health, stress, and adequate sleep as part of her treatment approach.
