Valpre Huisamen
Clinical Dietitian
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all nutrition. Whether I’m working with ICU patients, individuals managing diabetes and metabolic conditions, or those navigating overweight and obesity, my focus is always on practical, science-backed strategies that fit into real life.
I love turning complex nutrition advice into simple, effective steps that empower my patients to feel their best—without unnecessary stress. When I’m not in the consulting room, you’ll probably find me running with my two beautiful dogs, planning my next adventure, or testing out twists on classic meals (some successful, some… not so much).
If you’re looking for expert nutrition advice that’s realistic, results-driven, and tailored to you, let’s chat.
Saskia Zietsman
Clinical Dietitian
With over 14 years of experience as a dietitian, I am passionate about helping others manage their health using individualised nutrition coaching. My love for medical science, evidence-based nutrition, and passion for helping others is what drives me to treat each patient with enthusiasm and expertise.
As a dedicated dietitian with a focus on digestive health, I have a special interest in managing conditions such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). I also have a passion for cancer nutrition and providing personalized guidance to those clients seeking to lose weight.
Being a mom of 2, I realise the challenges that modern day parents face when it comes to balancing work, parenting, healthy eating and exercise. I am therefore a strong believer in adapting advise according to each person’s unique life situation. There is absolutely no one-size-fits-all plan. I follow a holistic approach and place big emphasis on addressing issues such as mental health, stress, and adequate sleep as part of my treatment approach.
When I’m not revelling in your success, I’m probably reading, hiking, or hanging out with my kids.

Carli Loots
Clinical Dietitian
I’m a passionate dietitian dedicated to helping people build healthier relationships with food and lifestyle. I believe that small, meaningful changes can make a big difference in how we feel—physically and mentally.
I love working with a variety of patients, from picky eaters and kids to those managing chronic diseases. No matter who I’m helping, my goal is always the same: to make nutrition approachable, sustainable, and enjoyable.
Outside of my work, I have a deep appreciation for the outdoors. Camping, hiking, and birdwatching are my favorite ways to recharge and connect with nature—just like good nutrition helps us stay connected with our well-being.
If you’re looking for support on your wellness journey, I’m here to help!
Nikki Lamprecht
Clinical Dietitian
I’m a registered dietitian with a passion for helping people take control of their health through practical, personalized nutrition. I focus on realistic strategies that fit your life, whether that’s managing diabetes, improving hormonal health, enhancing sports performance or supporting weight management.
I graduated cum laude from North-West University and am completing my IOC Sports Nutrition Diploma. With experience in both hospital and outpatient care, I know that small, consistent changes lead to big results.
I’m always learning and growing to give my patients the best guidance. Outside my consulting room, I’m training for my first XTERRA triathlon — a challenge that constantly reminds me how important dedication and patience are.
