Reset Health Dietitians was founded in 2022 by Valpre and Saskia, two Clinical Dietitians with a shared passion for Medical Nutrition Therapy. What started as a two-person practice has since grown into a team of dedicated registered dietitians, serving patients across Cape Town’s Northern Suburbs. With offices in Durbanville, Bellville, and Panorama, we provide evidence-based nutrition therapy for a wide range of conditions including oncology and cancer nutrition, diabetes management, weight loss, PCOS, IBS and gut health, heart disease, renal nutrition, and chronic disease management. We work with patients in hospital, in our consulting rooms, and via online consultations.
Our approach is strongly evidence-based and our patients’ long-term successes speak for themselves. We work in and outside of hospital environments, with online consultations also available. Based in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town, with offices in Durbanville, Bellville, and Panorama, we collaborate closely with doctors, oncologists, physiotherapists, and other specialists to provide holistic care. We accept most major medical aids including Discovery, Momentum, Bonitas, and Medihelp.
