Conditions

What we treat

Diabetes & insulin resistance

Type 1, type 2, pre-diabetes and insulin resistance. Plans built around your actual medication and HbA1c, with carbohydrate awareness but without “sugar-free everything”. Most patients see meaningful HbA1c movement by their 3-month re-check.

Weight management & GLP-1 support

Sustainable weight care beyond BMI. If you’re on GLP-1 medication, up to 40% of the weight you lose can be muscle without the right plan. We track lean mass with InBody at every visit and build protein-forward plans that protect it.

Cancer & oncology nutrition

Nutrition support through chemotherapy, radiation and surgery: managing side effects, protecting muscle, and catching treatment-related weight loss early. We work alongside your oncology team, in hospital and in rooms.

IBS & gut health

Structured, first-line dietary care for IBS, reflux, bloating and functional gut symptoms, including properly supervised FODMAP protocols (not a forever-restriction diet), coeliac disease and inflammatory bowel conditions.

PCOS & women’s health

PCOS, endometriosis, fertility nutrition, menopause and bone health. Evidence-based pillars that address insulin resistance and inflammation, without diet-culture extremes.

Pregnancy & gestational diabetes

Nutrition through every trimester, gestational diabetes management with stable glucose usually within 1–2 weeks, pregnancy food safety, iron and supplement guidance, and post-natal recovery.

Heart health & blood pressure

Hypertension, cholesterol, heart failure and cardiac rehab nutrition. Practical, food-first plans. Typical systolic reductions of 5–11 mmHg are achievable within 6–8 weeks of consistent changes.

Kidney disease

Chronic kidney disease at every stage, dialysis support and post-transplant nutrition. Careful potassium, phosphate, protein and fluid guidance that protects kidney function and still leaves you food you enjoy.

Malnutrition & older adults

Screening and treatment of malnutrition, sarcopenia (muscle loss with age), poor appetite and unintentional weight loss, including fortified-food strategies and supplement plans patients stick to.

Surgery preparation & recovery

ERAS-aligned pre-operative nutrition build-up (ideally starting 4 weeks before planned surgery), post-operative recovery, bariatric staged eating and wound-healing support.

Liver disease

Fatty liver disease (NAFLD), hepatitis and cirrhosis nutrition: protecting muscle, managing energy needs and supporting liver recovery with realistic, sustainable plans.

Food allergies & intolerances

Confirmed allergy management, lactose and other intolerances, and careful elimination-and-reintroduction protocols that keep your diet as broad as safely possible.
